Do you love the smell of babies? The other day a mom posted on a Facebook group if it was OK to use baby shampoo on her 3yo kid. The response was unanimous and she got a whole lot of replies, including mine saying YES! Basically everyone still uses baby lotions, shampoos, liquid soap… on their kids up to 10 years old. My son is 3.8yo now and we still use it. His skin is super delicate and it can get dry easily, so I have always been mindful on which products I use on his skin. Also, it’s a plus if I can get the sweet smell of babies going for awhile I’ll take it!
The beloved Baby Magic is back and better than ever now, but still holding on to the sweet smell of babies. The family owned brand is trusted by parents for over 65 years, and while tradition is important, innovating is also part of it. Their new formula is free of sulfates, mineral oil, dyes, parabens, phthalates, talc, and lanolin. So with that said, is totally safe to use on our little ones. A few weeks ago Baby Magic had an event to launch their new products here in NYC and sadly I missed because Dylan wasn’t feeling well. And even though I stayed home snuggling with my baby, I’ve been using their products since and loving it. On the event in collaboration with Momtrends, Baby Magic was able to show their new mascot, the bunny! I’m just sad I missed seeing that, because you know… bunnies are the cutest.
But anyway, I’ve been using on Dylan the Sweet Buttercup Scent 2-in-1 Wash, which we love.
“The Sweet Buttercup line is extra-soothing because of its comforting ingredients like Calendula Oil, Coconut Oil and Shea Butter. Calendula Oil features gentle and nourishing botanical properties known to help soothe dry, sensitive skin. Coconut Oil and Shea Butter give baby that extra soft feel while helping them stay comfortable all day long. All formulas are free of sulfates, mineral oil, dyes, parabens, phthalates, talc and lanolin for a worry-free parent and a happy baby.”
Also, we’re loving the Lavender Lullaby Scent and the Original Baby Scent. Here is a bit more about those two products –
“Lavender Lullaby Scent – Giving baby a good night’s rest with enough “Zzz’s” is now as easy as 1,2,3 with Baby Magic’s new Lavender Lullaby line! The sweet-smelling Lavender Lullaby collection is ideal for night-time cleansing and moisturizing for babies with normal to dry skin. Aromatic scents help calm and relax baby for sweet dreams and a shorter bedtime routine.”
“Original Baby Scent – Baby Magic’s iconic and beloved “pink” scent product lineup is back and better than ever! With a brand-new design and formulations that are infused with skin-loving botanicals, the Original Baby Scent line is gentler and more efficacious, while still keeping the same beloved, nostalgic fragrance!”
All the Baby Magic products can be found at Walmart, Walgreens, Amazon, or on BabyMagic.com. Thank you so much Baby Magic and Momtrends for including me on this magic experience.
